Summary: | 碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 生物科技系 === 99 === Forty-five compounds were isolated from the fresh stem of Cissus kerrii Craib. Among these isolates, thirty-six compounds were characterized by comprehensive analyses of their 1D and 2D NMR and mass spectral data. They were named: β-sitosterol and stigmasterol mixtures, β-sitosteryl glucoside, 3β-hydroxystigmast- 5-en-7-one and 3β-hydroxystigmast-5,22-dien-7-one mixtures, oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, 11α, 12α-epoxy-14-taraxeren-3-one, lupenone, friedelin, lupeol, squalene, 2-oxolupeol, 30-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-one, 3, 4-seco-lup-20(29)-en-3-oic acid, 3, 4-seco-lup-20(29)-en-3-oic acid methyl ester, 2α,3β-dihydroxylup-20(29)-ene, glut-5(6)-en-3-ol, epi-glut-5(6)-en-3-ol, 12-oleanen-3, 11-dione, olean-9(11), 13-dien-3-one, phytal and 3, 7, 11, 15-tetramethyl-2, 3-epoxyhexadecanal mixtures, 6, 10, 14-trimethyl pentadecan-2-one, p-hydroxybenzoic acid and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde mixtures, methyl-4-hydroxybenzoate, methyl pheophorbide-a, methyl pheophorbide-b, methyl-21-hydroxy-(21S)-pheophorbide-a and methyl-21- hydroxy-(21R)-pheophorbide-a mixtures, methyl-21-hydroxy-(21S)-pheophorbide-b, pheophytin-a, 132-hydroxy-(132-S)-pheophytin a, α-tocopherol, γ-tocopherol. Among them, 2-oxolupeol was reported for the frist time from natural sources.
