The subjects were nurses sampled systematically and all come from a national hospital in Tainan. 265 questionnaires were distributed with 221 retrieved, and 217 valid and available for use. The effective recovery rate is 82 percent. This study is proceeded with correlation and regression to retrieve and analyze the relations among all the associated features: practice environment perception (including safety, pay, respect, support, education, resources, supplies and equipment), job vigor and employee loyalty for nurses. The results of the study are listed as follows: respect and resources of the practice environment perception for nurses and job vigor quality have a positive correlation; support and equipment of the practice environment perception for nurses and employee loyalty have a positive correlation; job vigor and employee loyalty have a positive correlation; and job vigor has completed mediation effects on respect and resources of the practice environment perception as well as employee loyalty for nurses. 黃培文 100 學位論文 ; thesis 111 zh-TW |
