Therefore, how their leadership traits - core competences and leadership effectiveness would interfere employees’ job involvement for a certain level of impact becomes an important issue. The female leadership characteristic does have significant influences on the job involvement, but the specific functioning remains unclear. Under a certain circumstances, the female manager could encourage and motivate employees, but it would easily fall into the lack of supervision and majestic image that would cause the decreasing job involvement. Generally, the leadership traits of female managers would be shown in the following 5 dimensions as: interactive leadership style, inclusive organizational relationships, diversified way of thinking, authority and empowerment, and pay attention to employees’ education and growth". The core competencies would be displayed in 5 dimensions: honest and frank, leading by examples, easy-going and communication, good interpersonal relationship, and sensitivity. By means of the leadership effectiveness would mediate to four factors: morale and cohesion, flexibility and adaptability, efficiency, and innovation that could transfer employees’ job involvement to self-conscientiousness and identification of the importance of work. That is, this paper would identify highly correlated factors that connect female leadership qualities-core competences by mediating leadership effectiveness to employees’ job involvement. Basically, the sampling space would be the personnel and workers under the supervising of female managers. A total 380 questionnaires was distributed, and 263 valid questionnaires were collected. The recovery rate was 69%. This research found that leadership traits-core competences of female managers and leadership effectiveness had a positive impact. Furthermore, leadership traits-core competences of female managers had positive effects on job involvement as well. Then, the leadership effectiveness of female managers had positive impact on job involvement. Therefore, leadership traits-core competences of female managers by mediating the leadership effectiveness would have positive effects on job involvement.
