Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 99 === The Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) developed rapidly in the past 20 years in Taiwan, and played an important role in social stabilization. Although, the concept of the NPO management is not popular yet, the performance evaluation which is the core of management is the key factor to enhance the accountability and promote the NPO commercialization. This article is based on the structure of Balanced Scorecard (Kaplan & Norton, 1992) , the model of CORPS for NPO (Seetoo, 1999) and past related researches. The concept of two stage analyzation is applied in the performance evaluation of service quality and job satisfaction for 3 kinds of class in YMCA, Tainan within April to May, 2011. The results are: (1) YMCA, Tainan has to improve its environmental safety and comfortability. (2) Focus on retraining after class, real-time replying and the professional ability of class. (3) Concentrate on students’ demands more. (4) The Communication between managers and teachers plays a key role of the policies framing and practicing. (5) The authorization and encouragement to teachers are necessary. (6) The identity of aims and missions of NPO is another kind of rewards greater than the essence, such as salary.
