碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 人類性學研究所 === 99 === The aims of this study are to investigate sexual satisfaction and sexual fantasy , and explore the relationship in between. After reviewing past researches and constructing the measures, the research adopts two-stage random sampling to carry out the investigations. One hundreds （61 women and 39 men）people participated in the study. This study verifies by descriptive analysis. The sexual fantasy will divide into the experience, frequency, content. In the sexual satisfaction is divides into the human body and the energetic level that help of regarding the physical and psychological healthy. The results showed: (1)There are distinctive gender differences of people . Male people''s sexual fantasy content, is the visual stimulation. Female people ''s reorganization is the imagination and the object has the romantic plot.(2) The sexual fantasy and sexual satisfaction are being related. They think sexual satisfaction to help sexual fantasy, and has the high sexual satisfaction.(3) They pursue and promote sexual satisfaction.(4) sex/gender, if sexual fantasy existence which help intercourse process in sexual satisfaction. They will pursue by the sexual fantasy meets the self-requirements the sexual satisfaction, living in Banciao -Taipei County. According to the research findings, the research presented some suitable suggestions of social and school and discussed the restriction of this study for future research.
