| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 99 === People nowadays spends more time for sports due to the weekends vacation policy, research data shows that 40% of recreation center locates inside campus, especially downtown area. The idea of opening the recreation center in campus for public will not only increase the convenience, but will also improve the willing of people to do sports. As a result, this idea can push forward our sport event and make it becomes a habit for everyone.
This research is mean to discuss the management of recreation center inside universities in USA. In this case I picked University of North Colorado as example to collect data, recreation center exploration and worker interview. All the above will be well organized and analyzed referring the CORPS theory written in None Profit Organization management of. This research starts from 09.8.7 to 09.8.23, all the data collecting, target place exploring and workers interviewing will be done and well organized during this month. The second interview and data collecting will start in January 2011, will discuss University of North Colorado with CORPS theory including recreation center user and membership (Clients), Organization(Operation), Funds usage(Resource),and Staffs(Participation) and service and lessons (Services). Research results can be use as references for colleges in Taiwan.
