Usually the development of firms’ dynamic capability is influenced by their ability of social networks (external resources) and orientation of organizational strategy (internal resources). In the past, a lot of researchers had emphasis on the development of dynamic capability and the impact of organizational performance. This study, therefore, constructs a conceptual research framework based on resource-based view theory and dynamic capability. In addition, the study discusses the interrelationships among social networks, strategic orientation, dynamic capability and firms’ performance. The research methodology is quantitative survey which includes the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and path analysis to discuss the interrelationships between each dimensions in order to apply the High-Tec industry manufacturing top 2000 large enterprises for samples. In this study, we find that strategic orientation as well as dynamic capability has a positive relationship with firm performance; social networks as well as dynamic capability have a positive relationship with firm performance. However, the relationship between dynamic capability and firm performance is not significant. Therefore, dynamic capability which plays a role of mediator of strategy orientation and social networks is not significant with firm performance. 錢士謙 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 112 zh-TW
