The aim of this study was to determine the factors affecting the User satisfaction when apply Local email system in the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. Research model of this study was developed on the Information System success model of DeLone and McLean with some factors such as: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Skill to use email and User Satisfaction. Since then, this research will identify successful models can be applied to manage and monitor local email system at Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology to exploit and effectively use this email system serve for the operation and information exchange. Data of the quantitative survey is gathered from managers, experts, scientists, and officers who are high education with high degree such as: Professor, Associate Professor, PhD, Master of Science from Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used for analyzing the collected data. The thesis will report the findings of a study with issues concerning the effective solutions to apply email system in Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. In addition, some suggestions for email system improvement and application in other organizations will be also provided.
