To explore the past, services, products and information quality and customer satisfaction research, most of the enterprise to explore objects, seldom to the military as the research object, this study will test the military equipment of information technology to manage user satisfaction and acceptance of behavior asthe premise to explore the test equipment management, customer''s services, products, information quality and satisfaction that the relationship between do in-depth discussion of related issues. The purpose of this study that the use of test equipment of information technology management, and explore the information quality, service quality, product quality and user satisfaction, the interrelationship between the four who has been raised, put forward by the literature review order model structure, through the questionnaire to collect data and use SPSS statistical software for analysis found that: 1. service quality, customer satisfaction has a significant positive impact. 2. product quality and customer satisfaction has a significant positive impact. 3. information quality, customer satisfaction has a significant positive impact. 溫嘉榮 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 102 zh-TW |
