E-learning has many advantages over traditional learning such as training anytime, anywhere, saving travel costs, saving costs of building units, responsible a lot of levels, subjects and studying demands, evaluating learning outcomes accurately and optimizing the quality of teaching and learning. E-learning has become an important part of the education agenda in the last decade. Although E-learning has been known as a new learning and teaching method in Vietnam, it proves its productivity, efficiency in training and education in the country. The main purpose of study is to determine the impact of technology solutions on E-learning performance at Vietnam higher education with three objectives: (1) to build new research model based on IS success model and TAM model for apply e-learning system in Vietnam higher education; (2) to identify important factors, which contribute to gain success of research model of E-learning applied in Vietnam higher education; and (3) to examine how Vietnamese users are willing to accept E-learning in the context of Vietnam higher education. This study will base on e-learning technology models (hardware, software, infrastructure technology) for the analysis. Data of the quantitative survey is gathered from managers, IT experts, teachers and students from Hung Yen university of Technology and Education with e-learning system for training IT and pedagogy classes. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used for analyzing the collected data. The thesis will report the findings of a study with issues concerning the technology solutions on E-learning performance at Vietnam universities.
