Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 99 === Today, the application of information system has become popular in most offices, businesses, especially the application of computing solutions in the management, including training management as an area necessary and important for all universities. Spencer (1995) emphasized that “there will be no aspect of education without application of information technology”. According to him, this is an aspect to the attention properly to achieve high effective in teaching and learning. The main purpose of the study is to survey the successfulness of applying information system to training management with three objectives (1) to identify what the factors have significant influence the behavioral intention toward the use of information system to the training management; (2) to examine how the factors influence the behavioral intention toward the use of information system to the training management; (3) to examine how the users’ satisfaction of applying IS. The study will base on the well-known Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Information System Success Model (IS Success Model) with extensions to employ for the analysis. Data of the quantitative survey is gathered from officers and personnel management at Cantho University of Medicine and Pharmacy with Infomation System (IS) employment. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used for analyzing the collected data. The thesis will report the findings of a study with factors concerning the successfulness of using IS to improve training management. In addition, some suggestions for IS improvement in higher education in Viet Nam will be also provided.
