ERP is seen as a way help businesses improve their business performance, while also helping businesses manage the entire process of their business, maximize profitability. Thereby, to enhance their competitiveness in the fiercely competitive environment. However, the cost of implementing an ERP project is too large. In some cases, the ERP project is one of the largest investment project for the information technology. A new way for small and medium businesses are taking advantage of open source ERP system. There were a number of businesses deploying open source ERP in recent years. However, many people are concerned with open source ERP system this. A study to examine the factors affecting the behavior intention and their attitude to use open source ERP system needs to be studied at this time. The following thesis will focus on reviewing the factors affecting the attitudes and behavior intention to use of users for open source ERP system. Thereby, we can see the picture of the attitude or the user''s behavior intention for open source ERP system in Vietnam. This thesis will conduct to survey based on the questionnaire. The questionnaire will be sent to leaders and staffs working in some enterprises. Data collected will be analyzed using the SPSS 17.0. Results indicated that attitude, behavior intention of users to be deeply influenced by their perceptions. Quality systems have a positive impact to the user''s perception. However, increased quality of the system will make the complexity of the system also increases that will negative influence the perception of the user. The balance between systems quality and the system complexity needs a balance.
