According to four dimensions of the store image, “merchandise”, “price and value”, “personnel services”, and “shop furnishings”, this study, engages in understanding the customer requirements of a cyclist rest stop.
From the survey data, the main due facilities of the cyclist-rest-stop are “bicycle parking area”, “maintenance tool”, “rest facility”, and “beverage”. With prinpicle component analysis, this study also finds out three new dimensions of the store image for the cyclist-rest-stop. They are “product quality”, “services”, and “space management”.
