The purpose of this study is to predict Finance consumer’s attitude and intention of using internet banking from Hua Nan Bank by extending technology acceptance model.
The results reveal the following:
The user from Hua Nan bank website services are most attention and request to provide the most immediate, complete and accurate information.
Hua Nan Bank provide wide range of financial information on the website, and offer important international financial index and information query, the interest rate and exchange rate information, which most important function by the particular consumers.
However, empirical findings of this study based on recommendations for planners in the Hua Nan Bank site construction services of the website reference. For academic researchers to use another point of view is from the site to measure the user's intended use of the Hua Nan Bank internet banking users' needs.
