In the beginning, the study disclose hospitality teaching history in Taiwan, and also discusses developments of English learning for General Purpose and English for Specific Purpose education which were applied in hospitality industry. In addition, this alignment of the related applications of Technology integrate with academic subjects, and bases on Technology Acceptance Model to research the acceptance and intentions of college students who use digital hospitality English learning materials. The aspects of this model separated into technology accomplishment, learning interaction, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude to using, intention to use, and attitude of behavior. In order to verify the relation about these dimensions, this research uses questionnaire which specific designed to suit the aspects. According to the result of the questionnaire, the study goes further to synthesizes the effective data methodically through Structural Equation Modeling which can substantiate these hypothesis are established or not. The result shows the acceptance and perceive intention for college students were related positively.
