Not only fear for the unknown of after death, but also they could not take care of their family any more. Regulations on Funeral and Interment Control Practice in Taiwan, 2002. Since the first initial public offering (IPO) of Taiwan funeral industry in 2011, which the funeral industry has changed its role from being a traditional cultural ceremonial provider only to an industry that provides services that are individually tailored to fit customer’s needs and a place that offers passionate and sensitive cares that will help each customer and family through such an ordeal. The objective of this study is focus on the effectiveness and do-ability of innovative services in the Life Service Industry, such as digital content technology, cloud storage service, etc. This theis is based on “A Four Dimensional Model of Service Innovation” and “Technology Acceptance Model 3” in Life Service Industry. The summary of this theis is as follows : 1. Construct an innovation architectural framework for life service industry. 2. Innovation architectural framework and platform is positivly and acceptive by variety of users (Consumers, Consumers’ family and potential customers). 3. Based on interpersonal network, the unique services data from life services consumer is valuable. It could discover consumers’ need and behavior for the business identification and value from the platform. It also could enhance the quality of life service business in the future.
