People are used to use the network, the network is not just the function of useing the net but also bring us the convenience. Meanwhile, e-commerce is an important factor on website exchange. Moreover, e-commerce is becoming the requirement in regular life gradually. In Taiwan, shopping on the street has replaced by the development of e-commerce. It brings a lot of convenience like customer can shopping at home and the product will delivered right by your home. These are the advantages of e-commerce. The purpose of this research is in order to improve the manage principle of e-commerce. The analyses of toy market on the net auction will be aimed to discuss. The methodology of this research will be interviewing for buyers and sellers at first. Then through the grounded theory research methods, gathered total 63 sentences through interviewees’well management sharing by open encoding way. Furthermore,15 main influence factors are found by main shaft encoding to be the next step of this research. Including the evaluation, sales activity, brand identity, diverse product, strategy of marketing, price, operating cost, Reduce inventory, trust, Satisfaction, serve quality, Long-term relationship, Emphasis on packaging, Replies to the questions, and Product quality. Finally, concluded 3 successful management cores by selection encoding: Business policy, Cost Management, service and management. To concluded the toy market on the web auction by case study of buyer and seller in these three main factors. Analysis these three factors are all definitely important to sellers’success or not.
