Description
Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊傳播學研究所(含碩專班) === 99 === The study is from user’s experience perspective and user’s characteristics to explore and observe item closely associated with modern life: "mobile phone. " When conducting user behavior and preferences of the user experience, this study chose ten 3C industry engineers with designer and user background as the research objects to explore their lifestyle and relevant mobile phone experience. The aim is to summarize the meaning of mobile phone to 3C industry engineer’s work and life.In the selection of user experience theory, we adopt scholar Norman (2004) proposed Emotional Design, and cover the three-level stages: visceral level, behavioral level and reflective layer, in order to obtain a complete and comprehensive user experience. The best user experience can be established to achieve certain objectives, including aesthetic appearance, use and operation, pleasant and fun, and the user's subjective feelings or emotions. Research methods used in this study are: ZMET graphic approach for depth interviews. Our major analysis is the engineer’s mobile phone experience in work and life. Together with emotional design’s three levels of argument, we analyzed the ten respondents’ data results. In this study, we found, 3C industry engineers had phone appearance preferences. They prefer simple low-key appearance, and function of mobile communication links is that they believe one of the most important functions of mobile phone, and they are good at use of mobile phone’s additional features to help them to deal with work and life. In addition, in the emotional level, mobile phone is engineer’s emotional communication tool between family and friends. From the 3C industry engineer’s mobile phone experience used for work and life, we found that the engineers mostly rented house and had commuting lifestyle. We hope the results of this study can bring reference to follow-up mobile phone user experience academic researchers and mobile phone product’s design and R & D.
