Gradual changes in the environment, declining sugar cane production, thereby affecting the sugar factory to obtain raw materials and economic considerations under former glory gradually disappearing. Baoshan Township Park community in the current situation existing under an environment driven by the public sector renewal program, derived from a series of community building activities, Metro is able to have flying in the wind in the community back into the Park Sugar Sugar Hong Township, a lot to hold considerable curiosity. This study used qualitative research methods in depth interviews and participation observation, and with a simple questionnaire to explore the local residents, businesses, local non-profit organizations, and other visitors, and local community building, revitalization of the hold of Sugar views and expectations of future planning. This information will be collated from draw conclusions and provide future development proposals.
