| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 99 === The global financial crisis in 2008 triggered by subprime mortgage subsequently affected the investment of the enterprise IT spending, therefore, the demand for outsourcing is motivated by the enterprise’s willing to reduce of the IT maintenance. With increasing globalization of the competitive environment, strategies for IT outsourcing must be think carefully over the business level in order to increase the competitiveness of the company. Moreover, the cloud computing trends in 2010 made enterprise realize the advantages through outsourcing, therefore, the outsourcing strategy for the enterprise to adopt must be think carefully.
By observing throughout the researches about IT outsourcing strategy are few, this study therefore focus on the IT outsourcing strategy, establishes a IT industry IT outsourcing model, and the result of this research can be a reference for the enterprise to implement IT outsourcing. Through this study, the analysis result shows the most important aspect of three different strategies is IT outsourcing selection strategy. The result of this study shows the same pattern with the trend of IT outsourcing in literature review, and the case company in this study also believes in outsourcing its non-core functions can increase the competitiveness of the company. IT outsourcing selection strategy can be choose if the decision-maker thought risk and technology dimensions are more important than the management dimension.
