Analysis with import RFID before and after of improvement condition, and use benefit analysis method for evaluate repair performance. First, analysis case of company’s After-Sales Service process to understand the company’s operation and used the time and cost for each process. According to the environment to execute simulate experiment. The research result while case of company importing RFID, simplified the repair process. TAG data by card reader to get messages, can reduce part of operating time and cost down for six staff. Reduce each process to find goods and avoid input error data in the system, to make the management easy to understand the goods states and place, increase efficiency, and indirectly improve whole company’s profit and competitiveness. While the case of company after importing RFID has huge of benefit for competitiveness and operating performance. This study also provides importing RFID benefit analysis method to identify that after importing RFID have more benefit than start to import RFID cost.
