ERP system gave companies a great advantage in this competitive and challenge market. In the early studies of ERP system, the process of ERP implementation took a lot of time even years to complete and has involved a huge financial investment by the companies. Especially for the sophisticated and high-end ERP tools are often over budget and time-consuming. There are divergent views on the performance of the ERP system, and various scholars have no certain conclusion on the performance indicator. Therefore this research is base on Literature-research Method, Content analysis and Experts’ Opinions, sorting out the performance of the domestic enterprise resource planning systems research from 41 studies/newsletters. Base on the 41 studies/newsletters, there are 43 results of performance indicator from the enterprise resource planning system. Due to the 41 studies is quite scattered which shown the commonality of the domestic research is not that high and it made this research quite difficult to gather data as the basis. This research has collected further information of operational definition from each performance indicator which is for future studies and practical operation reference. This study also attempts to classify all the complicated indicators into a simpler one. The four indicators are controlled and affected by time, the correlation and intensity with the ERP system. There are ripple effect between the data and the performance indicators.
