Main points of the design of the competency recommendation system interface were induced and can be referenced to prevent utilization problems when developing the interface of relevant systems. The functionality requirement elements of the competency recommendation system were also concluded in the development process to be the reference of development of subsequent relevant systems. Study process can be provided to enterprises for the purpose of the evaluation process of new system development. By the use of this evaluation process, enterprises can find out the potential problems of the system interface to fix them, improve the quality of system development, and obtain practically valuable data of development at lowest testing cost. By the development of systems, the study gives the users the means to know the self-competency analysis and skill strength. After evaluating the strong and weak points of self-competency, users can benefit from the system’s recommendation to reinforce self-improvement and vocational competency. The outcome of the study induces three essential points: the functionality requirement elements of the competency recommendation system, main points of the design of the competency recommendation system interface, and setup of development process of systems in enterprises. Which prevents the development of interface of subsequent new systems from impractical design.
