| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 99 === Taiwan motherboards are sold worldwide, and the business mode of brand manufactures on motherboards and repair service system are evolved from custom needs as well as confronted challenges. However, how to effectively increase Reverse Logistics Management when facing legislations like Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, Restriction of Hazardous Substance, and Eco-Design Requirements for Energy Using Products and so forth has become one of the major management issues amongst MB manufactures.
At the present stage, the current researchs of reverse logistic management focus on the environment impacts of electronic products, and some studies focus on electrical and electronic products. There is no literatures investigate the critical success factors of reverse logistic management on motherboards.
Therefore, this thesis is mainly focus on the critical success factors about the operations of reverse logistics – a case study on company “G”. The investigation will first introduce the literature of MB manufactures and reverse logistic management. In order to find the related factors about the reverse logistic management of manufactures on motherboards. Then it will be followed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the interview that filter the success factors of reverse logistic management on motherboard manufacture, and also provide some references to the industry for the sake of avoiding the management difficulties and the negligence of key factor in business operation.
