The “cloud storage”, one of focused cloud technologies that have centralized resources management and clustered technology characteristics. It will shift the future internet applications by better energy efficiency and lowered company cost in a tremendous way. In a global trend of reducing carbon emission, companies should response to the topic by taking the cloud storage into their operation. However cloud storage not only bringing the positives but also some hidden risks. This research researches a medium-large scale technology manufacturing enterprise in Taiwan that MIS department keeping expand its file storage capacity as so much information needed to be exchanged and integrated among divisions. In a long term it results growing hardware costs, information management difficulties, higher and higher energy consumptions. It gives enterprises reasonable motivations to use cloud technology in above case as it is a mature technology that have a considerable stability and security level. This thesis uses ISO-27001 and secondary data analysis. 8 major dimensions that affecting information security and 33 major risk items have been designed. Modified Delphi Method is introduced to the questionnaire that interviews some experts whom has well experienced in this field. By cutting off improper risk items results the consensus of major facts introducing cloud technology from experts that providing the risk assessments of introducing cloud technology for enterprises’ reference. It helps enterprises reducing the impact when introducing the cloud technology and could focus more on the benefits of introducing the cloud technology.
