With the rapid increase of temperature, every countries in the world are tried their best to slow down the speed of global warming. The film – “2012” gives us some ideas about why people have to face this threat and how we look at the issue of global warming. In twenty-first century, enterprises not only have advanced technology, also put lots of efforts on making eco-friendly environment in this decade. For “G”Company, we are glad to make some contributions to the world and try to protect our environment from global warming; therefore, all our products are lead-free. Electronic products introduce many new technologies after 2000. Various manufacturers continue to bring new things to customers; however, the features of these new products are very similar. Therefore, without considering the brand name, the after service will be one of the most important reasons for customers to take into account before they spend their money. According to this, the thesis will take place by analyzing the global RMA of the video card which include countries, models, and failure modes. R & D team will prepare the survey and ask all the RMA engineers to fill out. After collecting all the information, R & D team can get to know the advantages and disadvantages of our current products; in addition, these data can also help them to design the new video cards.
