Therefore, question item-writing experience retained for reuse has become an important strategy. Given the existing organizational knowledge management (KM), a systematic transformation of knowledge and use of knowledge had become an important strategy to enhance competitiveness. Accordingly, this study attempts to conduct a feasibility analysis on the construction of the national examination question bank of knowledge management platform based on on multiply-question item. In Order to make the study more substantial, the research methods include literature analysis, interviews, observation and questionnaire survey on 26 participants, including item bank executives, IT staff, the Educational Testing experts and subject specialists. In addition, 6 people are added to consolidate its representative. According to the results, the national examination KM platform has political, economic, administrative, technical and time feasibilities, but considering its confidentiality and information security should meet the highest international safety control standards. With regards to knowledge sharing, the majority of respondents expressed their willingness to share their experiences by face to face instead of writing them down. Overall, the respondents hold positive attitude towards current question bank system, but still have some different interpretations about the way to construct the question bank, announce items after test, and maintation item quality. This study suggested that a question bank platform for knowledge management and sharing should be created through technical workshops. Regular meeting, canceling item publishment, so as to enhance item discrimination and develop trained members to stabilize the item quality, promote online learning and the implementation of item-writing certification are all recommended.
