On the other hand, an organization also aggressively seeks a supplier partner, which can be collaborating in a long term business relationship, and furthermore two company’s operations can reach maximum efficiency and competition to face a rapidly changed environment. However, in order to further understand how e-commerce affects continued cooperation relationship between an organization and its supplier partner, this study will be based on three major factors to establish a research structure, which are purchase process efficiency, trust relationship and price competition. The study outcome is meant to be a reference to an organization’s chief executive to enhance efficiency in operational, to lower cost in production, and to reduce risk resulting from distrustfulness; moreover, the co operational relationship between an organization and its supplier partner becomes bonded, therefore better quality services and products can be provided to consumers. This study uses surveys by emails and gets 116 valid surveys returned. The analysis of results from 116 surveys discovers “an organization’s IT integration ability” and “an organization’s electronic communicative ability” are two major elements to influence “purchase process efficiency”. “An organization’s electronic communicative ability” and “quality of services provided” are two main impacts to “trust relationship”. Besides, only does “trust relationship” affect the co operational business relationship between an organization and its supplier partner. In conclusion, how completely an organization can rely on its supplier partner is a significant factor to decide its continuation and long-term business relationships.
