To overcome this problem, this paper presents a Taipei MRT tourism services system. The system based on users' environment, personal preferences and needs to support personalized tourism service. In the other hand, the system provides user the other peoples’ experience of tourism. Help users make tourism planning. The system is evaluated by questionnaire based on 4 criteria including ease of use, usefulness, intention to use and attitude to use. The outcome indicates feasibility and effectiveness of this system.
