To understand the relationships between individual performance and the task fitness, this study incorporates Task-Technology Fit Theory, and Outcome Expectation in Social Cognitive Theory, along with self-efficacy, facilitating conditions, Organizational Cohesiveness and proposes a model to explore the influencing factors of judicial officers’ job performance. In order to develop a more suitable research model and questionnaires, 9 officers worked in a High Court and District Court were participated for in-depth interviews. The results of content analysis were used to adjust the research model and enhance the measurement items. A questionnaire survey was then administered. The study received 138 valid samples. The results of this study found that Task-Technology Fit and Outcome Expectation were the significant influencing factors of judicial officers’ job performance, Task Characteristics, Technology Characteristics and Individual Characteristics (Adaptabiliy) indirectly affected the job performance through Task -Technology Fit, and System Self-Efficacy and Technology Facilitating Conditions indirectly affected the job performance through Outcome Expectation.
