Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 99 === Over the years, like many other organizations, the Judicial Yuan invest enormous capital in information infrastructure and information systems to boost up staffs’ job performance. To understand the relationships between individual performance and the task fitness, this study incorporates Task-Technology Fit Theory, and Outcome Expectation in Social Cognitive Theory, along with self-efficacy, facilitating conditions, Organizational Cohesiveness and proposes a model to explore the influencing factors of judicial officers’ job performance. In order to develop a more suitable research model and questionnaires, 9 officers worked in a High Court and District Court were participated for in-depth interviews. The results of content analysis were used to adjust the research model and enhance the measurement items. A questionnaire survey was then administered. The study received 138 valid samples. The results of this study found that Task-Technology Fit and Outcome Expectation were the significant influencing factors of judicial officers’ job performance, Task Characteristics, Technology Characteristics and Individual Characteristics (Adaptabiliy) indirectly affected the job performance through Task -Technology Fit, and System Self-Efficacy and Technology Facilitating Conditions indirectly affected the job performance through Outcome Expectation.
