The participants in this paper were 16 world’s major manufacturers of Photovoltaic Industry in 2007 to 2010. Hybrid-DEA was applied and the characteristics of radical and non-radical were considered simultaneously in this search, then it analyzed the efficiency year by year and further made way for improvement in each variable.
