First, this thesis will introduce the kinds and natures of construction contracts, analyzing the services for designer or supervision. Next, this thesis will analyze what for duty of care, responsibility of contract, compensation for damages and Infringement Penalty under Construction Contracts for designer and supervision. Third, based on the laws and relevant regulations in Taiwan and FIDIC, Clarified completion of work, inspection and defect warranty of construction.
