However, continuously expanding scale results in many distribution problems, and members can’t work in coordination with each other after the supply chain is extended. Hope to manage supply chain effectively, reduce cost elimination risk, create revenue, and recreate advantageous competitiveness in every retail channels with intense competition, through supply chain innovative induction Cross-Docking mode, distribution network type changing. Distribution network is the issue including supplier, carrier and retail store location configuration. The structure and improvement of distribution network belong to strategy application with sustainable impact to the company, so we should be especially careful during study and analysis. In this study, management science technology is used to investigate the distribution network structure of retail industry A company. The optimal Cross-Docking center number and optimal configuration point of A company in the region are obtained through optimization analysis, and the suggestion proposal of future induction Cross-Docking is proposed. After A company introduces Cross-Docking and adjusts to optimal distribution network structure, it is estimated to reduce total distribution cost. After empirical analysis, the following conclusion is obtained in this study: (1) The optimal Cross-Docking distribution number of A company: Cross-Docking centers are set in Lu-Chu and Kang-Shan. Comparing to information base distribution network export-oriented cost, total cost is lowered 58.07%; (2) The stock which is put in carrier by supplier: Cross-Docking technology is mainly based on store order requirement, and the products have been rapidly distributed without storage, and are sent to the store in need directly. Comparing to separate setting warehouse inventory, and advantage is obvious. The medium stock between suppliers will disappear in the future; (3) The requirement to set transit point in central area: The distances between store in central area and south and north Cross-Docking centers are considerable, and the requirement of store in the are is large. Hence, after optimization analysis, it is recommended to plan carrier warehouse with optimal selection area location as distribution network transit point. Carrier lowers the carrying cost according to saved time and distance proportion, and then the goal of cost and transit point setting can be achieved. Related proposals are proposed to A company through management science technology and study result. Hope A company could introduce Cross-Docking process mode rapidly, and then industry revenue enhancement and competitiveness recreation by supply chain innovation can be approved again.
