The purpose is to hope in terms of information management innovating , implement and finish the manpower resources management that innovate. This study will use WEB 2.0 in the blog concept and then into knowledge of the enterprise. Knowledge is the business blog or "knowledge blog" (Knowledge Blog or K-Blog) and to the implementation of knowledge management, thereby enhancing innovation and to complete the pattern of human resources management. Unlike ordinary modern human resources management, to the concept of K-Blog set for innovative human resources management in the blog specifications, and this blog is defined as "human resources management knowledge blog" (KMHR-Blog), the main Purpose of the study is the hope of human resources management knowledge innovation blog reached human resources management, internal company to complete the upgrading of human assets, accelerating the implementation of efficiency, and thus reach a corporate image and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is a win-win strategy.
