| Summary: | 碩士 === 實踐大學 === 社會工作學系碩士班 === 99 === This goal of this research lies in: understanding the social workers’ working situation, the manner and idea of labor rights and interests, their motive, participating and the course in their participation in organizing the union.
Through in-depth interview and participant observation methods, we try to understand how these social workers grow and understand their situation and work in their participation in the organization of the union. In the beginning they do not know their own labor rights and interests, and that they are placed the work place in which they are exploited without knowing, then gradually they have the work consciousness and begin to understand the trade union. In the process of organizing the union, they become one of the members to participate in the organization trade union. Step by step they become the movers to change the rights and interests of the social workers.
These social workers in unions in the process of organizing the union, they have to deal with many obstacles because of the lack of education about social empowerment and the association control of government, they ultimately success in turning a new page: they establish and create the organization’s history of social worker union!
