A Study of Relationship among the Parental Self-efficacy、Organizational Support and the Service Continued willing for Foster Care Parents

碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 社會工作與兒童少年福利學系 === 99 === Abstract The goal of this research is to understand the forster care parent’s organization support feeling,the parental self-efficacy as well as the willing to service continues, who are engaged in family foster care service presently.According to the reference and theory,I created and organized“The Organization Support Scale”,“The Parental Self-Efficacy Scale”,and “The willing to Service Continues Scale”as the research instruments.In view of the 22 counties and cities in Taiwan （does not contain Penghu,Jinmen）,I extract 11 counties and cities in random, and then chose the boarding parents in “the odd numbers”of the organization serial number as the research sample. Finally I got 214 available samples.The main results are as follows： 1.The foster parents will have the remarkable difference in the organization support feeling when they experience “the foster child population ”and “the male foster child student population”differently. 2.The foster parents will feel differently in the parental self-efficacy when they experience differently in “the household income”,“foster motivation”,“foster period of service”,“the past/present foster children population”,“the past foster male child student population”,“the present oldest/youngest foster children age”and “the special problem behavior of the past foster children”. 3.The foster parents will have obvious difference in the willing to service continues when they experience “the past male child students population”differently. 4.“The positive appreciatior”,“the foster motivation”,and “the youngest age of the present foster children” will have the forecast strength to “the confidence ability”.“The positive appreciation”,“the problems solution”and “the university ＆ high school（school record）”will have the forecast strength to “the control ability”,“The positive appreciation”,“the youngest age of the present foster children”, “the university ＆ high school（school record）”,“the number of children”,“the male ＆the female（sex）”and “the longest time of the past children foster ”will have the forecast strength to the “teaching ability”.“The positive apprenciation”,“the youngest age of the present foster children”,“the problems solution”,“the male ＆ female（sex）”,“the longest time of the past children foster”and “the household income between 29999 to 50000 dollars”will have the forecast strength to the “listening ability”.“The positive apprenciation”“the youngest age of the present foster children ”,“the problems solution”,“the university ＆ hight school（school record）”, and “the foster motivation” will have the forecast strength to the “parental self-efficacy”. 5.“The confidence ability”,“the problem solution”,“the specialist training”,“the youngest age of the children” will have the forecast strength in “the approval willing”.“The problems solution”,“the confidence ability”,“the specialist training”,“the positive appreciation”,“the household income between 29999 to 50000 dollars”,and “the foster motivation ”will have the forecast strength to “the organization ownership”.“The confidence ability”,“the problems solution”,“the positive appreciation”,and “the past foster children population”will have the forecast syrength to “the value og honor”. Finally, based on the above conclusion and the discovery, I proposed the concrete proposal to supply the reference for the specialists, the organization,the social work education, the government and the following researchers.
