Then the study, constructing the research framework, questionnaire, and two hypothesizes and eight sub-suppositions after make sure the mutual relationship between these variables based on the literature review. Above all, using the questionnaire to collect data with 263 employees from 34 teams of enterprises in order to examine the research hypothesizes could be support or not. The results of research are as follows: 1. Group members’ ‘’age, tenure, personality, work values and cognitive conflict’’ differentiate would become dormant faultline strength, and would result in significant positive effect on ‘’activated faultline’s transformation.’’ 2. The group ‘’activated faultline’s transformation’’ would result in significant negative effect on ‘’team performance,’’ namely, after group members perceveie there are some characteristics alignment from each other that was a concequent of different kind of cliques, and would detriment to the whole team performance. Finally, this study shows not only the implication of the academic research but also the practical suggestions in its application as well as the limitation of the research for the future study on the same subject matter.
