Therefore coordinate action among members of the supply chain by using governance mechanisms, and then the members will have the same goal ,sharing of ideas and reduce the possibility of self-serving behavior and supply chain management to improve their performance as an important issue. Most of the research finding governance mechanisms of supply chain include formalization and socialization. How does governance mechanisms infect the company? There are different conclusions in the past research. At the same time, formal and socialization are substitute relationship or complementary relationship. It also had different conclusions in the past research. Therefore our research try to answer two questions: (1) Could it be misalignment relationship between formal of governance mechanisms and supply performance ? (2) how is the relationship between consider formal of governance mechanisms and supply performance are misalignment relationship. What kid of the relationship between formal and socialization? Total retrieve 106 copy of supplier’s questionnaires. Evidence from Taiwanese center-satellite production system indicates that: (1) the relationship between formal and supplier performance are decreasing after increasing the inverted U-shaped relationship. (2) the relationship between socialization of governance mechanisms of supply chain and supplier performance are positive relationship.(3) the relationship between formal of governance mechanisms and supplier performance are positive. The formalization and socialization are complementary relationship. When the relationship between formal of governance mechanisms and supplier performance are negative relationship.
