In this way, this study included this issue in the study, and set of workplace political behavior of employees influence turnover intention, from relevant literatures and logic reasoning that the two are linked, therefore, and then need for further clarification. And to control variables such as: gender, age, educational level, marital status and total years of work as control for turnover intention. According to regression analysis founded that employees use more political behavior will bring about turnover intention. And in accordance with the hypothesis, evidence is not supported. The results of the study found the following: workplace political behavior of employees use more and turnover intention will gain.
