This survey sample was taken from SME owners, managers and employees a total of 514, after the reliability and validity of post-test questionnaires 500. The key factors are: the financial situation of employees, in the past and some experience, hobbies, and friends state, the staff of the "original family environment "and the director of trust and corporate control systems, religious beliefs, the impact of their unethical behavior generated by the principal component analysis Results to four major dimensions: First, the "original family environment, background and financial position." Second, the "full trust and monitor the ill." Third, the "past experiences" and "money doctrine" behavior. Fourth, "sustenance of faith", as four dimensions of moral behavior of poor people the key factors, the study found the most important financial factors or poor moral behavior. The management implications of this in the recruitment of employees for enterprises to understand their financial situation must be whether the credit-card debt owed to employees in the past have a bad experience will make him prone to unethical behavior in the future, and employees make bad Friends and bad habits will affect their produce moral Risk; after recruiting the manager must at the right moment care about and pay attention staff''s condition. staff of the "native family " immoral acts of their generation have a significant impact, if the parents of employees engaged in special occupations, there are bad habits (gambling, like drinking ..), staff and family Also make the financial situation of poor people have poor moral character of unethical behavior. Male employees due to economic pressures arising from lack of money unethical behavior, female staff are more prone because of emotional factors, economic pressures and love arising from misappropriation of public funds to buy brand unethical behavior. Therefore, company management must always be concerned about and understand people and to strengthen moral education of employees and do the relevant control measures to facilitate the company can reduce the risk of uncertainty, the goal of achieving sustainable management.
