Without affecting the efficiency of cooling system, the best distance between a wind turbine and the exhaust pipe outlet could be found by collecting waste hot air which from air-conditioner cooling system and using Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). Because the wind speed of waste hot air is variable, look up table (LUT) is used to track the power because LUT is steadier than traditional MPPT method when under the variable wind speed. By using LUT, a wind turbine can achieve the maximum power of output. Using adjust artificial wind power to simulate waste hot air, inverter is used under different frequency command, equal to 7.1m/s, 8.6m/s, and 10.6m/s. Through the result of experiment, generator can recycle 8.16%, 9.29%, and 9.22% of electronic power. As a result, the consumption of electronic power can be less with artificial wind power.
