NPB single-layer device in the operating voltage of 7 volts, SCLC consistent with the experimental value of the average degree of 90%. Components in the Alq3 layer, the operating voltage of 10 volts, SCLC agreement with the experimental value of the average degree of 96.34%. 3. In the double-layer components, NPB thickness of 30nm, Alq3 thickness of 60nm, operating voltage of 8 volts, SCLC degree of fit with the experimental value of 97.8%. 4. In the double-layer components, SCLC and the current relationship between the thickness of the analog components that, the holes flow more than 80% of total current.
