Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 99 === With the fierce economic competition, a lot of manufacturers have dedicated to the integrated management of supply chain to maintain the competitiveness. Both merger and cooperation are expected to reduce cost and risks. Nonetheless, a large amount of capital or the great attraction is required for merger or cooperation. The integration of supply chain would change with the complexity factors in the supply chain system. Besides, different companies in distinct industries would present diverse complexity in the supply chain. For this reason, an electronics factory is selected as the research subject to discuss the complexity of factors in this study. Three sections are classified, including determining the complexity factors in supply chain based on literature review, finding the weights of complexity with FAHP, ISM, DEMATEL, the dependence of selected attributes, and Bayes’ Theorem, as well as, according to integrated model, comparing the complexity factors selected in the supply chain with the factors in Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to distinguish the differences in the integrated model. From the analyses of the integrated model, top five complexity factors, within 25 factors, are selected, including 1.Frequency of first-purchase, 2.Number of engineer change, 3.Number of distribution, 4.Frequency of engineer change, and 5.Number of suppliers. As a consequence, it is suggested to take the five factors into account, when improving the supply chain system. Moreover, Frequency of first-purchase appears the highest complexity within all criteria, that it should be regarded as the key for prior improvement or management.
