The researcher adopt the four essential factors of the “association dynamics” , “the standard”, “the communication”, “the conflict”, “the leadership” , to explore the possible reason, of those senior cities in the community affecting the association power of these senior citizens in the community ballad clan interacts? Because there are numerous community ballad class in Miaoli county numerous, and the relational establishment is not easy, the researcher hence only chose familiar field territory as the object of study. picks the purposive sampling. The range of the study include Ggo-Miao seedling community ballad class, the Gongguan Town Yu-Gu community ballad class, Touwu Town Fei-Feng community ballad class. The findings showed that in teams of“ the standard” to talk tohold move around the senior citizen when the classroom carries on, the teacher or other students during the class hour ,hot limited by usual classroom revelation Although stipulates not special behavior standard, However, there seems to be many invisible regulations, such as is to honor the teacher ,to respect the his teachings, to emphasize on copyright , and to take the male and female proper Limit and so on. From the respective of “the communication”, the fours is on the communication among, and between teachers and students. The associats mainly talk about curriculum content.The teachers and students primarily discussed about the course contant and singing still and teachers‘ opinions weighed .Ereaily,the trivial things here were mentioned only is a while. The class leader played a very important role between teacher and student communication a lot of communication depend,or the class leader.Because the students are olderthan the teacher ,their relationship is more or less like friend ,beside traditional leader –student relationship. Moreover, because the students has game socialized process throughis a long, many standards have been and their behavior also more conservative. The only public condlict happed when there was no pre-arranganert for the order of singing practice.But this conflict was not resblued positively at that momever.Let it go at that the conclusion,other conflict was disused in private. As for the “leadership” part ,the leadership style of Hakka community ballad uses the laissez faire to manage the curriculum, because the students were loosely older than the teachers .Hence those teachers would not reprimand then in public tried to maintain the class order, Many ages compared to the old normal university, teacher are also not at all surface reprimanding or the management.
