The preparation and phenols oxidative activity of chitosan/HAP/copper catalysts

碩士 === 國立聯合大學 === 化學工程學系碩士班 === 99 === In this study the CS/GPTMS/HAP porous hybrid membranes (CGH) were prepared , in which 3-Glycidoxypropyl–trimethoxysilane (GPTMS) was used as crosslinking agent and sodium chloride was used as porogen. CGH was used as the supported matrix to immobilize Cu2+. The...

CGH was used as the supported matrix to immobilize Cu2+. The adsorption of Cu2+ with CGH and the catechol oxidizing activity of the CGH/Cu catalysts were investigated. The pore size and porosity of CGH were decreased with the increasing dosage of HAP , however , there was an increase in the acid resistance , the thermo resistance and the tensile strength. The Pseudo second-order kinetic model can well describe the Cu2+ adsorption behavior of CGH. With the increasing of Cu2+ concentration , the CGH equilibrium adsorption capacity can be increased to 1.4136 mmol/g. The catechol oxidative rate of CGH/Cu was increased with the increasing of catechol or hydrogen peroxide concentration. It was shown as a first-order reaction rate for catechol and for hydrogen peroxide , respectively. The CGH/Cu catalysts can be effectively used to oxidize catechol to quinone at the presence of hydrogen peroxide. The forming quinone can been removed by the adsorbent with amino group. The CGH/Cu catalysts can be applied for the removal of catechol in water. Chao En-Chung 趙恩中 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 82 zh-TW
