With the increased health promotion purposes, health management services have shown steady growth for years. At present, many people tend to adopt mobile health management in order to get better health and life. In this study, we focus on the implications of mobile health management service. Therefore, this study explores the relation of personal characteristics, mobile health management attitude, lifestyle and mobile health management service intention based on theoretical models and literatures. According to the sampling, this study results show that personal characteristics positive influenced mobile health management attitude significantly, and personal characteristics and mobile health management attitude positive influenced lifestyle significantly, and lifestyle and mobile health management attitude positive influenced mobile health management service intention. In sum, personal characteristics play a critical role in the way of decision making of individual’s mobile health management service intention. This study considers that business managers may pay attention on improving on individual’s personal characteristics for their products and services. This study tends to believe the positive impacts of personal characteristic, mobile health management attitude and lifestyle are helpful for national health.
