In recent years, Taiwan governments at all levels in order to effectively reduce flood disasters causing by heave rainfall, have been established in many water conservancy projects、including dikes、pumping stations and drainage systems、etc. However, the original the design of flood control related facilities, which were designed to protect these historic buildings, may have been inadequate due to hillside land development in the watersheds. This research, based on action research method, is intended to establish hazard mitigation plans for historic buildings, as well as the management and operation plans, to prevent the disaster phenomena of hillside downstream areas surrounding MiaoLi County. The results of this study can be employed in further historic buildings protection and emergency decision making for Council for Cultural Affairs. Teng, Weihsien 鄧慰先 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 275 zh-TW
