First, the researcher explores the literature about Transformational leadership ,Working morale and working performance. Second, analyzing the inspecting the chart of Transformational leadership, working morale and working performance to prove the hypothesis. After finishing the questionnaire take the members of S army as a main part to compare and analyze the different questionnaires which depends on the different levels. There are 422 samples,416 are effective to suppose the research. After could analyzes. The research already statistical and analyze as a result : 1. 「Transformational leadership」result「working morale」from positive influence. 2. 「Transformational leadership」result「working performance」from positive . Influence. 3. 「working morale」result「working performance」from positive influence. 4. 「Transformational leadership」go through「working morale」effect influenc「working performance」. Conclusion: Based on this research conclusion, the researcher poses some advice. 1.「Transformational leadership」have positive and influence on「working morale」and 「working performance」, therefore the researcher advises army strengthen Transformational leadership cadre training, and promote cadre leader skill, it could promote officers and soldiers, accelerate all the army fighting ability and performance. 2.The condusion of this research tells that「working morale」between「Transformational leadership」 and「working performance」effects ,「working morale」have positive infofluence「working performance」,「Transformational leadership」influences「working performance」through 「working morale」. The fallowing researchers could consult different documentary to explores about「Transformational leadership」 and「working performance」,and progress deeply into concrete research.
