碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理學院MBA === 99 === The purpose of this research is going to find out what makes National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) perceive competitive advantages then increase consumers’ awareness and loyalty in the global market. While on the other hand this research could also about the existence of good education system in supporting the country’s growth. The methods used to determine this research are interviewing several experts that understand about Taiwan education system well, while on the other hand we are going to do a survey NTUST students using questionnaires then referring some papers and cases that have been succeed in expanding its education. The results are clearly interpreting by using tables and diagrams through SPSS and Excel system. Our respondents are coming from two different groups; first is Taiwanese students and second is non Taiwanese students. There is one interesting fact that NTUST becomes the only one university in Taiwan that has the biggest number of non Taiwanese students or international students, so from those two groups at the end we might find out what will be the considerations or factors for them to choose NTUST and what are the needed resources for NTUST in order to become the first amongst equals in the global market.
